Mark Daniel founded MD Global Development Group on a single conviction: that the discipline required to build a single home — slowly, deliberately, with respect for the families who will live there — is the same discipline that scales communities.

Over more than twenty years, Mark led the design and delivery of new construction homes across North America, including extensive work with Pulte Homes in Florida on communities such as The Enclave. Each project carried the same signature of craftsmanship: structurally sound, materially honest, and detailed to outlast the trends of its era.

Today, that work moves internationally. MD Global now develops small to medium scale residential communities across emerging markets — measured builds that bring American construction standards together with local culture and climate.
